07:30 to 8:30 - Breakfast at Peterborough Husaini Islamic Centre
09:00 - Football Registration at Powerleague, Stanground
09.30 - Rules briefing by Organisers and Referees
10:00 - Football matches begin
13:00 - Namaz and lunch break
14:30 - Football Matches resume (note by 17:00 Powerleague to be cleared up and vacated)
18:30 - Football presentation ceremony and dinner at Peterborough Husaini Islamic Centre
20:19 - Maghribain Jamaat Namaz at Peterborough Husaini Islamic Centre

note 1 - football matches (including finals to finish by 16:45)

note 2 - football for all ages except 12 and under to take place at Powerleague, Stanground

 

 

Sunday 26th August 2007

- Adult Volleyball at Bushfield Sports Centre
- Table Tennis at Werrington Sports Centre (all ages)

From 19:00 - Dinner to be served at Bushfield Sports Centre

note that badminton matches at Werrington Sports Centre will have finished by 19:00 and therefore all badminton players will be required to come to Bushfield Sports Centre for dinner and namaz.

20:17 - Maghribain Jamaat Namaz at Bushfield Sports Centre
By 22:00 - Bushfield Sports Centre cleared up and vacated

Note Tennis tournament to be completed on Sunday 26th August 2007 (including finals).

Please note that there will be breakfast served at Bushfield Sports Centre for golf players only between 09:30 and 10:30. Golf players will then proceed to Thorpe Wood golf course for their tournament. Estimated tee-off time is 11:00.

• All players will be required to be ready for their fixtures on time (in accordance with fixtures schedules for each sport to be provided).
• Failure to do so will unfortunately result in matches being forfeited.
